Overview

These Terms of Service apply to your use of our online store and any purchase you make from us. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and apply to orders placed after they’re posted.

Using our store

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

You agree not to:

Use our store for any illegal purpose
Upload viruses or harmful code
Try to access our systems without permission
Copy, scrape or reuse our content without permission
Place fraudulent orders

We may refuse service, cancel orders or close accounts if these terms are broken.

Accounts

If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity on your account. Tell us right away at resellcold@support.com if you think your account has been used without permission.

Products

We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Pre-owned or resale items may show minor signs of wear, which we describe where relevant.

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or stop selling any product at any time.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include any applicable Swiss VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.

If a product is listed at a wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.

Payments are handled by third-party payment providers, and their terms also apply.

Orders

After you place an order, you’ll get an email confirming we’ve received it. A contract is formed when we ship your order and send you a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel any order before then, in which case you’ll get a full refund.

Shipping

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are covered by our Return and Refund Policy. You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Intellectual property

All content in our store, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

Third-party links

Our store may link to other websites. We’re not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

We can’t guarantee that our store will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that can’t be limited by law.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The courts of Zurich, Switzerland, have jurisdiction. If you’re a consumer, you may also have the right to bring a claim in the courts where you live, and you keep any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
